Hear from Cedar Springs’ Director of Refugee and International Ministry how God used the church to change her life when she came to the United States as a political refugee. Now, she’s paying it forward with refugees who settle in Knoxville.
CSPC’s summer ESL camp teaches refugee middle and high schoolers how to speak English and so much more.
Through English and math lessons, science experiments and recreation, volunteers from CSPC are helping refugee kids learn how to be successful at school. The camp continues on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays through the month of July. If you would like to be part of this life-changing ministry, more bus drivers and enrichment instructors are still needed. Contact Almaz at firstname.lastname@example.org if you can help.
